Privacy policy (draft for launch)

Controller: the owner's Ukrainian sole proprietorship (FOP), single-tax group 2. The registration number, postal address, and public email are not stored in this software. We store the questionnaire, order status, and a payment confirmation after the provider signature matches. A full card number, CVV, and card token are not stored. Optional email and referral cookies are stored only with consent. The customer-facing name is Alex SHOVKUN.

We do not sell lists. Marketing email requires a separate yes. Partners see truncated order ids, not your files.

Public pages do not load third-party analytics. A referral cookie is stored only after you tick consent. A page view is recorded only when a form on this site sends it.

Erase: ask the owner; CRM erase removes the client record and related rows.

Questionnaire answers are stored to produce the diagnostic. Production facts are on How this work is produced. This policy is published. A lawyer has not separately certified it. Card checkout is not active.
